Democrats Doing CAIR's Work?

The quote that follows is from United Press International's webpage. It illustrates once more that the Democrats in Congress with their resolutions against funding for troops ordered deployed to Iraq by our President, are "carrying water for the Radical Islamists like CAIR.
"The Council for Islamic-American Relations urged "members of the American Muslim community and other people of conscience to urge their senators to support a resolution (Senate Concurrent Resolution 2) in the U.S. Senate opposing an escalation in our nation's military involvement in Iraq. CAIR noted that the non-binding resolution, introduced by Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chair Sen. Joseph Biden, D-Del., stated that "greater regional and international support would assist the Iraqis in achieving a political solution and national reconciliation" and "the United States should transfer, under an appropriately expedited timeline, responsibility for internal security and halting sectarian violence in Iraq to the government of Iraq and Iraqi security forces."

I urge all who read this blog to write or call your Congressmen and Senators and tell them they are being unpatriotic to vote to support withholding funds for troop deployment. We don't want to wait until they hit us again or we have to fight the Islamist radicals in our streets.

"Dems." Afraid Of Bush Win in Iraq

The Constant barrage of negativity seen in the Media coupled with the New Democratic majority in Congress' calling for withdrawal of our troops from the "quagmire" of Iraq rings Hallow to me.
What these sycophants of our enemy are really afraid of is not that we will continue to suffer casualties, as we will, but rather that their hated enemy, President Bush, will succeed in his quest to turn Iraq into a beginning of the end to dictatorship rule in the Arab States with a Democratly elected government in Iraq that funtions.
Irans' political leader is on very soft ground with a great deal of unrest in the populace due to the unstable economic state, partially resulting from the UN sanctions, and Khomeini is restless for a change to his way.
In Iraq the Mahdi army, led by terrorist Muqtada al-Sadr, has its' back to the wall because of President Bushs' proposal to send 23,000 more troops to Iraq. The "insurgent" supply of terrorist troops from Al Qaeda, Wahhabis, Baathists and Arab Nationalists is dwindling because of the infighting going on in the sectarian war in Iraq's major cities.
The financial support that has come from Iran is threatened to stop if the new two U.S. Carrier battle groups set up a blockade to Iran.
Thus the war inside Iraq, which those who want the U.S. to loose, is called "Civil War" is really a "hodgepodge" of armed groups, often controlled by Iran, who are fighting because one group wants the new Democratic government to succeed and a group that wants it to fail. The later is unfortunately given comfort by the constant din of the Democrats who demand troop withdrawal.
"Saddam Hussein was confident that if the insurgency succeeded in bogging down the US forces long enough and killing a significant number of American soldiers, it would create doubt in the minds of Americans whether the US could ever win this war. His advisers were sure that such a perception would compel the Americans to force their administration to withdraw the troops. And Saddam Hussein was proven right when a commission, formed to assess the Iraq war and recommend a new course, ruled out the prospect of victory for America.
It is obvious that Democrats do not consider that a victory in Iraq is vital for long term US national security interests. But their insistence that the solution to the Iraq conflict is political rather than military underlines their lack of understanding of the ground realities as they exist in Iraq. They fail to recognize that an artificial country like Iraq, whose component ethnic and sectarian populations have no desire to stay together, cannot be expected to transform into a unified and seamless nationhood on its own."

Let us hope Our President stays the course so we won't be fighting house to house here on our soil in the future!

Actions Have Consequences!

The Media is filled every day and night with the Liberal viewpoint that the war in Iraq is unwinable, and each day more elected officials at all levels of government are playing their political game of "kick the President". Pictures of the Mayor of Salt Lake City marching in an anti-war demonstration with the likes of Sean Penn, Jessie Jackson, Susan Sarandon and Maxine Waters are not bad enough news. Today that allegedly once member of the Ku Klux Klan, now the oldest living member of the United States Senate joined the cadre of naysayers about the war in Iraq. Under the direction and expense of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Mr. Byrd has sent an email to the American public which includes the following statement: "In Iraq there is no victory to be had in an enterprise that has been ill-fated from the start." Accepting this at face value this blogger has to believe that this Senator and too many other elected members of Congress has put his and his partys' personal agenda and ambitions before the welfare of our Country and the brave volunteers who are fighting Radical Islamic terrorists for US.
In the period from 1941 to 1945 his words would certainly have been condemned as "giving aid and comfort to the enemy" if not treason. Instead the Media, which cost us the Vietnam war, is highlighting these self-serving politicians as patriots who simply want to save the lives of the troops.
It is appropriate and right to include a quote here from Sargent Eddie Jeffrey. This brave man is stationed in Ramadi, Iraq where he witnesses death and destruction everyday. "It is absolutely sickening to me to think our country has come to this. Why are we so obsessed with the bad news? Why will people stop at nothing to be against this war, no matter how much evidence of the good we've done is thrown in their face? When is the last time CNN or MSNBC or CBS reported the opening of schools and hospitals in Iraq? Or the leaders of terror cells being detained or killed? It's all happening, but people will not let up their hatred of President Bush. They will ignore the good news, because it just might show people that Bush was right."
Later in the same letter he says:"Americans are so concerned with politics that it is interfering with the war. They are becoming the enemy. Lets stop all the bad news, lets stand and fight. Isn't that what America is all about anyway?"
Osama bin Laden said "America is a paper tiger!" Those who should be following their oath of office to support and defend the Constitution should be ashamed of their actions. As our elected leaders, we have a right to expect more from them than the radicals who march in the streets and deface the capitol steps with spray paint.
Winning the war against terrorism will require that we understand the enemy and what they plan to do if they prevail, and demonstrating a will to prevail in what will surely be a long and costly war. Pulling our troops out will only give aid and comfort to Al Qaeda and OBL.

"Aid And Comfort" From Wisconsin

Wisconsin has two "odious" people in the news today. Senator Feingold is pushing his bill to end funding for future deployment of U.S. troops to Iraq. His hearing was well attended by anti-war protesters, some of whom defiled the steps of the Capitol with spray paint slogans, and got away with it.
An even greater outrage than what Feingold is trying to do and will fail, is the outrageous exchange between a Sargent in the 1st Cavalry Division stationed in Taji, Iraq.
For some unknown reason that is very troubling to this blogger, is the fact that these warriors ,who now defend what was once Saddam's Republican Guards' stronghold in one of the most dangerous locations in Iraq. Have no cots or mattresses to sleep on.
Because the sand these soldiers sleep on is full of sand mites and other parasites that carry exotic diseases. Sargent Jason Hess wrote to Bargain Suppliers Discount Mats via email, to see if he could buy some mats for his men. The email he received back from this West Allis, Wisconsin firm run by an ex-patriot of Pakistan, now a U.S. resident, Faisal Kheanis. Was a terse statement that said: We don't ship our mats to APO addresses, and even if we did we would NEVER ship to Iraq. If you were sensible you and your troops would pull out of Iraq".
Both Feingold and Mr. Khetanis are probably getting "three cheers" from CAIR, but I think they both are guilty of giving "aid and comfort" to any enemy that has as its' sole objective the destruction of US!
Shame on both of you. By the way when will they Army send its troops into battle area with all the equipment they need including mats to sleep on. Sick soldiers can't do their job!

The Latest "Miscreant" Speaks Out

The latest "backstabber" has outed himself in Germany to writers for Der Spiegel newspaper.
Tyler Drumheller, recently retired Chief of the CIA European Division gave an interview to this newspaper in which he alleges that he had tried to convince the Bush Administration that Saddam did not have the WMDs' that were said to exist by then Secretary of State General Colin Powell during his speech to the UN.
The article is very lengthy, and most of it not worthy of quoting, but two items show the perfidy of this 26 year veteran of the CIA .
When asked about the people who were involved in the "kidnapping"or capture of suspected terrorists Mr. Drumheller had these words to describe those who risked their lives to aid the fight against Radical Islam. He said, "if they were not doing paramilitary actions they would probably be robbing banks!" Some boss this guy was for those who risked their lives while he sat behind a desk.
His insistence that he had tried to warn the Bush Administration that there were no weapons of mass destruction rings hollow when you read the sworn statement of Naji Sabri, Iraq Foreign Minister. He stated that Saddam did not actually have nuclear weapons but was working on them. He did not have any biological weapons, but did have many chemical weapons.
Chemical weapons were designated as weapons of mass destruction by the UN in 1993, and were outlawed.
Sarin, VX gas, Ricin, botulism toxin and saxitoxin are all chemicals Saddam allegedly had and were used by his forces in the war with Iran when 100,000 Iranian soldiers were victims of Saddams' chemical weapons. He also killed 5,000 dissident Kurds with the same type chemical weapons.
The liberal press and so called "intelligensia" have hung their collective hats on the fact that since no nukes were found. Saddam did not have WMDs'. Many shells were found which had chemical gas in them, but this as always was explained away as being old ineffective weapons. Thinking people who are not Bush haters have to realize that all the delays by the UN to take action against Saddam, and the Press aid to the enemy by letting Iraq know we were coming soon,gave more than enough time to transport his arsenal across the border to Syria or Iran.
Drumheller is nothing more than another ex-government liberal joining the "I hate Bush" band wagon. Look for a book by him soon!

Are WE The 21st. Century Roman Empire?

From 510 BC until the First Century BC the Roman Republic ruled what was the Roman domain. Following Julius Caesars' defeat of Pompey in 44BC he was appointed Dictator and thus began the Roman Empire that lasted until 476 AD when Germanic hordes over ran and conquered the Western Roman Empire. The Byzantine and Eastern Empires lasted for almost a thousand more years.
The Western Roman Empire failed because of the inability to field legions large enough to defend against the continual onslaught of invading hordes.
Why? Because Rome had become so decadent, riddled with disease, famine and debauchery that the Romans lost the will to defend themselves. Eighty percent of the population had migrated to the Eastern Empire and those remained had become "pacifists" who wanted the available money ,that was in short supply despite increased taxation, be spent on roads, aqueducts and public housing. The army that was 3 million strong dwindled to less than 500 thousand.
Not only had the Romans become "pacifists" but they were witness to political corruption, debauchery and the number of prostitutes in Rome at the time of its' fall was 32,000! People ate and drank until they became ill, and their favorite pastime was to go to the Colosseum to watch people kill each other all day long. In short they were a society that decayed from within.
Some unnamed philosopher once said, " Civilizations don't die. They commit suicide"!
The way the leaders of this great country are acting makes me wonder if we are trying to emulate the Roman Empire.
A few of the absurd items in the News these past few days make me wonder if we have lost our way?
Troops in Iraq about to go into battle are given a card with rules of engagement made up by military lawyers with no combat experience that tell the troops: "Use minimum force necessary to decisively eliminate the threat". If this is not ambiguous enough and confusing to our troops let me remind you that all the junior officers have already spent months in a camp in the United States that emphasizes that weapons are not always the best way to win a war. Shoot first or be killed seems to be put behind "think about it before you pull the trigger". We can expect more body bags with this kind of logic running our fighting forces. Where are the Modern day Pattons' when we need them?
On the Home front Senator Feingold and Congressman Conyers are doing their best to make it impossible to identify terrorists in all forms of law enforcement including federal, state and local. They are pushing for a law which would make it a crime to imply any kind of profiling in identifying suspected terrorists. Who do they think the 19 terrorists were who pulled off 9/11? A group of seventy year old men from the Knights of Columbus?
FBI agents are forced to take a "sensitivity training" course that is being taught by members of CAIR. Some of whose members have been charged with crimes!
The Secretary of the Treasury has hired an advisor on Islamic banking. He is legitimating a fraud by doing so. Islam had no banking until 1975 when Saudi Arabia had so many petrodollars it had to find investments in the West. Prior to this Islam was dictated by the Quran that bans interest as "usury".
A recent poll by the Islamic Society of North America found that by 3-1 Muslims in the U.S. believe we are waging a war with their Islamic religion! When will the American people wake up to the threat? Will it be in time or will we be so weak we quit the fight for our God given rights and values?

Time For Facts

I am no fan of ex-President Carter. In fact I believe he is one of the worst Presidents we had and a very poor example of a previous occupant of the Oval Office.

This being said, I must comment on the poor choice of words he made when Questioned about the Holocaust. His statement about "too many Jews being on the committee" was poorly stated, but has some merit for consideration.

World War II was a bloody and deadly experience for all involved in the War against the Nazi and Japanese enemy.

History records that 54.2 million people lost their lives because of the war. 38,573,000 were civilians killed because they were in combat areas. There was little concern when we wanted to win, about "collateral damage, and the Russians enjoyed killing and raping all they conquered as did the Japanese.

292,131 American fighting forces died during the war. 3,393 died on "D-Day" alone. The wars' estimated cost on all involved was 288 billion dollars.

The Holocaust that has caused so much consternation of late was responsible for killing an estimated 21 million people. The Nazis exterminated in their 26 death camps 5,993,900 Jews!

Tragically forgotten are the 16-20 million non-Jews that were killed in Nazi concentration camps all over Nazi occupied Europe.

The first concentration camp and extermination compound was established in Auschwitz. A Polish town about 50 kilometers from Krakow in May of 1940 after the Nazi war machine captured Poland.

For the first 21 months after Auschwitz was opened it was occupied by non-Jewish Poles who were Christians, mostly Catholic. History shows that 100 thousand non-Jews were killed or died of starvation at Auschwitz, and during this time period 1,700,000 non-Jew Poles were sent to Siberia by the Russians.

Rudolf Hoss, commandant of Auschwitz, testified during the Nuremberg Trials that 3 million people died in this one camp. The Nazis had over 100 camps throughout occupied Europe.

I don't want to diminish the tragedy that the Jewish people experienced as a result of Hitlers' quest to exterminate their population, We must also remember that he killed or had killed many millions of non-Jews in these very same 26 camps solely because he suspected they were in opposition to his dictatorship and goal to conquer the world. Maybe this is what the "lame Brain" ex-President meant to say?

"Bergergate" Too Late

What I write today is not intended to change any historical consequences or change any opinions. It is the result of research that I have conducted on the Internets' vast store of historical facts and allegations. My research began back in July 1996 when I saw the Media coverage of the explosion of TWA flight 800 off the coast of Long Island.
The Media story was that the plane broke in half because of a malfunction in the fuel lines that cause the explosion ,breaking the plane in two pieces and sending one piece high into the sky before plunging to the ocean below. This fabrication of a story later confirmed by the FBI, was despite the fact there were 270 witnesses who allegedly saw a missile type object strike the plane before it blew up. The FBI never interviewed any of these witnesses. In fact the FBI was given the authority to do the investigation over the usual airline crash investigating team of the NTSB by Valerie Casprone, now General Counsel for the FBI.
Later that year a little publicized story about a report from an FBI informant, serving time for violation of the RICO law, appeared briefly. The prisoner, Gregory Scarpa, was a prison mate of Raji Yousef. Yousef allegedly was involved in the bombing of the New York Federal Building and author of the "Bojinka" plot to use airplanes as flying bombs. Scarpa told FBI and allegedly they turned the report over to the Clinton Administration. Allegedly Clinton reviewed the documents and made handwritten notes on the margins of the report. Nothing was done to follow up the leads.
Fast forward to 2003, 2004 and we find millionaire Trade Lawyer , now National Security Advisor to President Clinton(1997-2001) made four trips to the National archives. On the fourth trip he was caught taking documents outside the National Archives building stuffed in his jacket and pants. Berger later admitted he hid the documents under a construction vehicle so he could retrieve them and cut them in pieces after reading them to prepare for his testimony before the 911 commission. Where these documents evidence that Clinton and Berger knew of the threat to use flying bombs against America? We will never know, and for his help prisoner Scarpa was shipped off to a Maximum Security prison in Colorado for a 40 year sentence. Rather stiff for a RICO violation!
Paul Brachfield, Inspector General testified to Justice Department on 12/20/06 about Bergers theft, but the Justice Department failed to inform the 9/11 Commission of the destruction by Berger of some potentially damaging and informative documents about the 9/11 attack by terrorists.
For his actions Mr.Berger was convicted, in April of 2005 of unauthorised removal and retention of documents. He stole them and destroyed them, but the judge ruled that his crime was a misdemeanor and sentenced him to 2 years probation, 100 hours of Community service and 50,000 dollar fine. This was Bergers second judicail fine. He was previously convicted in Civil Court of failing to sell his AMACO stock as ordered by the White House in 1994. He said he forgot! Thus he was not charged criminally as you and I would be.
Now the news that the Judge that reviewed Bergers case and found no criminal action, Judge Noel Hilliman is being proposed by President Bush for the Federal Bench. The man whose conclusion of innocence for Berger was not preceeded by an interview of Inspector General Paul Brachfield regarding Mr. Bergers visits to the National archives 5/30/02, 7/18/02 at which time he allegedly reviewed and posibly took documents that were from the White House which were not yet inventoried. Were these documents damaging to Clinton? Did he know of the pending threat to the U.S. by flying bombs yet failed to act? We will never know. but if so then we have a Berger/ClitonGate that makes Watergate look like a "TEAPARTY"!

Democrat Senators Modern Quisligs?

Sad to say, but today in the United States Senate we have what I believe are Senators who can rightly be called modern day equivalents of Norways' Quisling and our own Revolutionary War one time hero turned traitor, Benedict Arnold.
For reasons of security and personal preference I will not name these nefarious Senators. But anyone who follows the news has to realize they are proposing legislation which will give aid, comfort and encouragement to our enemy.
For those of you not history buffs. I will briefly describe how Benedict Arnold and Vidkun Quisling got their reputations.
Benedict Arnold, born of wealthy parents in Connecticut rose through the ranks of the Revolutionary Army to the Command of the West Point Fort. This fort on the Hudson river, now the home of the military academy that bears the name West Point, was a strong vantage point to defend against any British incursion up the Hudson river.
In 1780 Benedict Arnold whose personal fortune had dwindled down decided he would collaborate with the British. He drew plans to surrender the Fort to the British for 20,000 British pounds and a commission in their army as a general. The plot failed, and Arnold escaped to the British side. He was paid 6000 pounds and given a commission in the British Army as a brigadier general. He later sailed to England where he lived out his infamous life.
Vidkun Quisling was an officer in the Norwegian Army who was an admirer of Adolf Hitler. When the Germans occupied Norway during world war II he collaborated with the occupying forces and was made a "quasi-mayor" of Oslo. He continued his co-operation with the Nazis through out the war, and was rewarded by the Norwegian people after the defeat of the Nazis' with hanging. His was the first of many collaborators to hang in a country that before the war had banned the death penalty.
The dictionary defines a collaborator as anyone who "appears to favor the interests of other nations over their own."
The proposal by some senators to cut off funds for the troops being asked for by the new Commander in the field of war and the President is at the very least collaboration, and in my opinion very close to the "T" word!

TV Used by Liberals Never Stops

We all are aware of the power and influence of the Television. It has influenced how people look at politicians, policy and our way of life.
Now it has hit a new low in an attempt to scare Americans about the possible "Armageddon of "global warming".
This week the History channel that is sold as a source of historical events that are noteworthy is programing a "Time Machine". The five possible scenarios that will end mankind in order of the most possible scenario if something is not done to stop it.
The five possible causative factors are volcanic eruption. being stuck by a large meteor, nuclear destruction, plague, and first and most probable according to the "experts" seen on the show is "global warming! This "global warming is picked over plague and nuclear Holocaust as what will doom our existence.
Who do they pick as an expert to push this falsehood but the almost President, Nutty Al Gore. The man who climed he invented the internet! His advice on how to stop the threat is to begin our Countrys' reduction of CO2 gases and conform to the Kyoto agreement so we can gain the moral high ground, and China and India will follow our example. Only a "nut" like Gore would expect that China would follow anything we do. China with the help of Bill Clinton has developed Intercontinental missile delivery systems. The only thing they will follow is our retreat from Formosa into the abandoned Country if we follow the liberal path.
The show concludes with the statement by the female moderator, that " The greatest tragedy is we can't stop global warming". It is time for Americans to turn off for all time stations like the History channel that is promoting a ultra liberal theme that has no real scientific basis.

Memorial To 47 Million Denied Life

On January 22, 1973 a genocide unlike any other in the history of the world was begun. Since seven black robed "despots" ruled in favor of petitioner Roe there has been the surgical slaughter of 47 million defenseless unborn children.
The only Supreme Court Justices to dissent on this decision were Justice White and Rehnquist. The other seven decided to play God, and ruled that the Texas Laws and all other laws against abortion violated the "Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution."
The rights of the living but yet unborn that are protected by the "Right to Life" affirmed in the Declaration of Independence were summarily dismissed.
The original case was sold to a willing accomplice, The Supreme Court, as a "Right to Privacy", but has morphed into a womans' right to choose. Never mind the unprotected unborn!
The Texas law that was being challenged said that unless a pregnant woman received medical advice from her attending Physician to have the abortion for health and safety reasons. Abortion was a violation of the criminal law.
Since Roe we have had an increase in STD and millions of tax dollars have gone into the pockets of Planned Parenthood. My observation will have no effect, and the slaughter will go on as Americans have lost their collective Conscience. Next will come the Euthanasia of "Old" and "Infirmed" people I predict. The me, Mine mindset of too many people has changed forever how we value a God given right called Life. We have today our own Holocaust, and we all should morn this atrocity!

Time to Understand The ENEMY

"To understand war, one has to study its philosophy; the grammar and logic of your opponent. Only then are you approaching strategic comprehension. To understand the war against Islams terrorism one must begin to understand the Islamic way of war, its philosophy and doctrine, the meanings of jihad in Islam—and one needs to understand that those meanings are highly varied and utilitarian depending on the source.
With respect to the war against the global jihad and its associated terror groups, individual terrorists, and clandestine adherents, one should ask if there is a unique method or attitude to their approach to war. Is there a philosophy, or treatise such as Clausewitz’s On War that attempts to form their thinking about war? Is there a document that can be reviewed and understood in such a manner that we may begin to think strategically about our opponent. There is one work that stands out from the many.
"The Quranic Concept of War."
"The Quranic Concept of War", by Brigadier General S. K. Malik of the Pakistani Army provides readers with unequalled insight. Originally published in Pakistan in 1979, most available copies are found in India, or in small non-descript Muslim bookstores. One major point to ponder, when thinking about The Quranic Concept of War, is the title itself. The Quran is presumed to be the revealed word of God as spoken through his chosen prophet, Mohammad. According to Malik, the Quran places war fighting doctrine and its theory in a much different category than western thinkers are accustomed to, because it is not a theory of war derived by man, but of God. This is God’s war fighting principles and commandments revealed. Malik’s attempts to distill God’s doctrine for war through the examples of the Prophet. By contrast, the closest that Clausewitz comes to divine presentation is in his discussion of the trinity: the people, the state, and the military. In the Islamic context, the discussion of war is at the level of revealed truth and example, well above theory—God has no need to theorize. Malik notes, “As a complete Code of Life, the Holy Quran gives us a philosophy of war as well. . . . This divine philosophy is an integral part of the total Quranic ideology.”

The single most important concept all Americans, and especially our elected representatives including President Bush, must understand is we are fighting a"Holy War". Whether we are Christians, Jews ,Buddhists or agnostics we have to face the fact that this war is like no other war we have fought. Because it is viewed as a "Holy War" by our enemy combatants, the Islamic radical Jihadists. We must realize that withdrawal, appeasement or accommodation will not reduce their zeal to change the world to Islam law by converting or killing us all. Liberals and conservatives are all targets of their quest to erase our separation of Church and State, and replace it with a State controlled by Sharia law. This is the "Jihad" or continuous war that the Quran tells Muslims they must fight, not always militarily, but through political and educational means to convert all "infidels" to Islam.


The Muslim definition of "JEHAD" is "struggling, trying to advance the Divine causes or purposes. In the vocabulary of Islam "dawa" is to "invite the infidel to convert to Islam. If they refuse believers have no option but in self-defense to wage war."

He says Jihad is a continuous and never ending struggle waged on all fronts including political, economic, social, psychological, domestic moral and spiritual to obtain their objectives. The power of Jihad brings with it the power of God."

We must all realize that unlike Korea we can have no lasting peace accord or cease fire with these people. They cannot be talked out of their quest. They can't be bought off. They can't be negotiated with. They can't be reasoned with. We have to defeat them. The Murthas , Pelosis and their ilk are "whistling while they pass the grave yard" if they really think withdrawal of our armed forces will end the terrorist threat. They are either stupid, or too full of self and hatred of our President that they like ostrich's stick their heads in the sand so they can't See the peril this great Country faces. It is past time to wake up and form a united front against a threat like no other threat we have faced! Here’s how the Ayatollah Khomeini put it:

Ninth Circuit Court Strikes a Blow for Al Qadea

As this Circuit Court has done so many times it has bent the Constitution over backwards to protect a man whom justice has found deserving of punishment. This is a case of Judicial irresponsibility!
Ahmed Ressam, an Algerian born immigrant to France, illegally entered Canada in 1992 with a fake passport. He was admitted despite the fake passport claiming to be seeking political asylum.
It is known that soon after he joined the Canadian terrorist cell GIA, an armed Islamic group affiliated with al Qaeda. He lived off the Canadian welfare system and supplemented his income with 30 known robberies of tourists to Canada.
December,1999 he was indicted by a U.S. grand jury for attempting to bring into the United States 124 lbs. of explosives in the tire well of his rental car. He was apprehended at the border of Port Angeles, Washington after disembarking from a ferry arriving from Vancouver.
Ressem was tried in Los Angles beginning 3/13/2001. He was convicted of nine counts of conspiracy to bring explosives into the U.S. for terrorist purposes. The target was L.A. airport. His prosecutors had sought a 35 year sentence but he was sentenced to 22 years when he agreed to co-operate with the prosecution of his two co-conspirators. He later failed to co-operate.
This man is not a citizen of the U.S. He is a known terrorist, and yet the Ninth Circuit Court overturned one of his convictions for the reason that the prosecution had not shown that the explosives were used in an act of terror! The Court in its' remand, demanded that the lower court must justify its' rationale behind any sentence it imposes the second time.
This notorious liberal court has been overturned and reversed in 75% of its' appealed decisions. This is a perfect example of the liberal anti-Constitution type of "non-justice" being administered by too many Judges in U.S. courts.

We Can't Have it Both Ways!

President Reagan was correct when he spoke of the USSR as the "Axis Of Evil". Time has past and the great patriot has gone to be with God, but his words are still appropriate today.
The News yesterday revealed that Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov stated to the press that Russia has delivered to Iran anti-aircraft missiles. He said further shipments of other modern arms is under consideration.
Last year the Russians reluctantly joined with the UN to pass sanctions that forbid sale of nuclear technology and material to Iran, but the Russians insist that these sanctions do not apply to the one billion dollars arms deal Russia has made with Iran.
The missiles delivered are the "TOR-M1" which can shoot down any plane that might be attempting to attack Irans' Nuclear facility.
During the Korean war the North Koreans and Chinese Communist troops killed tens of thousands of Americans boys using Russian made Rifles and jet aircraft.
The Vietnam war illustrated once again that Russia supplied weapons to the North Vietnamese regulars and the Viet Cong.
In Iraq our brave soldiers and Marines are facing Russian made weapons once again. Russia is no friend of this country, and we should all wake up and realize that the Russian are still an "Axis of Evil" to this free world we call the United States.
Russia is helping those who kill our "warrior defenders" at every opportunity for a tidy profit. They are no friend of ours. I don't advocate military action against them, but it is time we all realize they are not an ally as the leftist media would have you believe.

The Erosion of U.S. Sovereinty

There is a growing threat to the Constitutional Sovereignty of the United States in the Halls of power in Washington, Mexico and Canada.
This threat comes in the form of the "Security and Prosperity Partnership Integration" agreement that has been brewing in the back rooms of the Seats of power and in a meeting held in 2006 in Cancun, Mexico.
This agreement is to be fought by one lone Republican in the Congress. Rep. Virgil Goode is preparing legislation to put the brakes on such an agreement. President Bush, much to my dismay, is all for it!
The agreement which would include, among many other provisions, the integration of illegal Mexican workers with legal Americans who work in the already bankrupt social security system. Thus making illegals who work illegally in the U.S. eligible for social security benefits.
The whole agreement which will be sold as a strengthening of security and prosperity is flawed from its' basic premise that the U.S. Mexico and Canada have "Shared beliefs in freedom, economic opportunity and strong Democratic institutions".
Canada is primarily socialist, and Mexico has a government that is very unstable, and a history of political change that could fall into disarray at ant time.
The "Security and Prosperity Partnership Integration" would in time place all three countries into a tri-lateral structure of Administrative Law. If this happens we might as well burn the Constitution!
Please write your Congress person and Senators to appose this attack on our Constitution.

Ghost of Clinton Strikes Again

The same Federal Judge who struck down parts of "The Patriot Act" has wielded her judicial wand against the fight to defeat terrorism. Judge Audrey Collins, a Clinton appointee in 1994 to the Federal Bench in Los Angeles, has ruled that Presidential Order 13334, cutting off funding for the terrorist organizations, PKK and LTTE has two parts which violate the Constitution.
The Kurdish Workers Party (PKK) and Tamil Tigers are both Marxist organizations trained in Lebanese PLO terrorist camps with large sums of money available to them to sponsor suicide bombing and other terrorist acts throughout the world. Their income, besides donations from American leftist groups, is obtained from sales of illicit arms, drug sales, extortion, robbery and smuggling. They have an estimated 86 million dollars annual income from these illegal activities.
Meanwhile, new House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi has announced that she is designating Congresman Silveste Reyes as the new Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. This man when asked about Al Qaeda said he believed it was composed of Shiites. It is predominantly Sunni Muslims!
The Committee which is charged with oversight of the U.S. 26 intelligence gathering activities, should be considering and studying the radical Islamic infiltration of our country. Instead Mr. Reyes announced his main thrust was to stabilize Iraq and "bring home our troops".
A 26 year veteran of the Border Patrol, influenced the Congressional Hispanic Caucus to vote against the war in Iraq, House Bill 4437. This was a tough bill submitted by Congressman Sensenbrennr(R.WIS) that would make it impossible for illegals to become legal U.S. citizens as well as more control over illegal immigration.
Reyes also voted against HRES 861 which was to support troops for Iraq, and rejected setting a time table for troop withdraw.
Wikipedia research shows that his Congressional District in Texas #16, is 77% Hispanic, Speaks only Spanish 70% and has an unemployment rate of 49.5%. Ms. Pelosi should have done better in her selection.

CAIR and Saudi Prince PUT Brakes On

The most watched TV Series last year was "24". The show was full of references to the Muslim threat of terrorism to America, and Jack Bauer managed to thwart all terrorist plots but one.
Now after watching the first two hours of this series it would seem that CAIR and Prince Alwaleed bin Talai have put the "brakes" on "24". The Prince is the worlds fifth richest man in the world with a estimated wealth of 26 billion dollars. He has used his money to buy substantial stock in Time Warner. Time Warner is parent company for Fox Network, and CNN.
In addition to his ownership in many American and Japanese companies, Prince has endowed both Harvard and George town Universities with 20 million dollars each. His financial influence in America is strong and dedicated.
Watching the first hour of "24" last night I was struck by the deliberate insertion of extraneous dialogue from numerous actors that included references to Muslim as a peaceful, patriotic group . One segment highlighted the attack on a family by a "bigot" neighbor that was portrayed as racial bashing even though both father and son of the Arab family turned out to be terrorists.
Fox did capitulate to CAIR in its' coverage of the Muslim riots in Paris last year by failing to mention that the rioters were primarily "home grown" Muslims.
The Movie Munich, and Clooneys Syriana also blame U.S. foreign policy for provoking Islamic terrorist. All of this illustrates the influence of CAIR and Prince Talais money and power.
Our enemies are radical Islamists who want to convert all to Islam, and be subject to Sharia Law or die. We don't need television programs mouthing propaganda for the Muslims. What we need to be doing is convincing Americans that we are in a fight for our very existence, and being suspicious of those who don't renounce radical Islam is normal and correct thinking.

Democrats in Washington Carry Water For Sunnis

What is going on in Congress is a page out of the "The Iraq Accord Front" led by an elected member of the new Iraq government. Sunni lawmaker Hussein Al Falluji, formerly a Saddam Hussein Bath Party member, was quoted recently as saying:"get out of Iraq (U.S. Troops) or set a timetable for withdrawal or the resistance will keep slaughtering your soldiers until judgment day." This is a man who was a member of the committee which drafted the Constitution that was unanimously ratified by the Iraqi people. Even though he was an opponent of the idea of a Constitution, he served as a member who drafted it. Now he isn't satisfied that the Shiites and Kurds have more power than the Sunnis. Many of whom were Saddam Bath Loyalists and henchmen.
With such a threat to American soldiers and Marines you would think all Americans would be incensed and support any troop support including massive re-enforcements to strike this threat down. Americans don't normally react well to threats. They fight back! As Patton said: America hates a quitter."
But not the Move on Political machine which is pulling the strings of such Washington lawmakers as Senators, Durbin, Kennedy, Jack Reed, Harry Reid, Boxer, Feistein, Obama. Levin and Biden. Not to be undone as the biggest "cut and run group" you have Pelosi, Murtah, Martin, Rohm Emanuel, Meehan Sanchez,and Morris chomping at the bit to help defeat our effort in Iraq by drafting legislation to limit or cut-off funding to the additional 21,00 troop deployment.
They use the ruse that they don't want anymore soldiers killed. As if any one does, especially not President Bush who actually has a heart! Would they rather see America loose another war because the leftists want America to become weak and effete like most of Europe has? Where has the will to win gone? We live in a day of instant gratification, but this Country didn't become a Republic in four years, so why should we expect to wrest Iraq from the "chains of Saddams' tyranny" in a short time. We still have troops in Japan, Germany, Korea, Bosnia long after the shooting stopped. People die in wars. It is tragic, but those brave men and women knew when that signed up it wasn't for the Peace Corps.!

Today I Am Ashamed of our Navy

An article in the bowels of the Internet reveals something that makes this Navy veteran ashamed of the service he was previously so proud to have served.
The United States Navy has courtmartialed a Naval Chaplin for falling to obey a superior officers order. The order given to James Klingenschmidt by his captain was to not use the words"in Jesus Name" in his public prayers.
Despite this order this Chaplin took part in a prayer meeting at the White House last winter, where he used the words "in Jesus Name" while giving a prayer in uniform. He is being terminated, loses his pension and evicted from his Naval housing as of 1/31/2007 per the orders of Vice-Admiral J.C. Harvey. This action has occurred despite the fact that due to Congressional pressure the Secretary of Navy rescinded the Naval Instruction 1730.7C which had forbid using a particular religions terminology. The SEC.Nav. ordered this instruction rescinded 2/21/2006.
The hypocritical part of this whole "UNGODLY" mess is that recently the Assistant Secretary of Defense gave a promotion and commendation to a Muslim Chaplin for his work at the Guantanamo Prison which, in addition to other assistance and counseling, aided the Muslim terrorists in getting prayer rugs, skull caps and 133 Muslim dishes added to their prison menu.

My issue is that during a time of war with a fanatical Islamic worldwide threat to our religious freedom and way of life. The Navy should not be promoting secular religious beliefs for Christians, and bending over backwards to accommodate Muslim needs!
Before anyone gets the idea that I don't know failure to obey orders is a court martial offense. I say, failure to obey an unjust order is not!

Mr. Ellison is Dead Wrong!

Recently elected to Congress, Mr. Ellison took his oath of office with his hand on the Quran owned historically by President Jefferson. This black native of Detroit , Michigan who converted to Sunni Islam, and confidant of many radical Black American Muslims said he used the book because Jefferson's realized the importance of the Muslim Faith.
This is not exactly the reason why Jefferson thoroughly read the Quran.
In the 10 centuries that preceded Jefferson becoming a member of the Continental Congress the Mediterranean and North African coastal villages were terrorized my Islamic "Barbary" pirates who raided their cities to pillage, kill the women and men taking what "booty" they found as well as the young girls for slaves and concubines.
In 1784 the Continental Congress met to discuss a solution to the raiding of American merchant ships in these waters by these same pirates. The majority of the delegates decided to pay ransom to the Muslims to allow safe passage thought these waters. Jefferson was one of the members that failed to agree with the concept of paying "tribute" to these Muslim Pirates.
Despite his objections President Adams arranged for payment of millions of dollars to the pirates for a few years.
Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin had been appointed to a Commission instructed to draw up some kind of a treaty with the Islamic "Barbary" states of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Tripoli to stop the raiding of U.S. Ships, since the fleet no longer had the protection of the British Naval might after the revolutionary war.
However, in 1801 after his inauguration. Jefferson sent the U.S. Naval warships U.S.S. Constitution, Constellation, Philadelphia, Chesapeake, and three other warships to wage war on the Barbary pirates. The war, called the "Barbary Wars" lasted from 1801 -1804. Fortunately we won, or the Muslims would sing--"from the Halls of Montezuma to the shores of America!"
What Mr. Ellison fails to realize or acknowledge is that Jefferson had a copy of the Quran so he would know what the Muslim beliefs, hates and plans were for the future. He studied it well and broke the back of the Barbary pirates. "One must know your enemy to defeat him", a famous tactician once wrote!
