The Only Way To Win The War

The man who postulated the "theory of relativity", Albert Einstein, said "The world is a dangerous place because of those who look on and do nothing, not those who do evil".
Denial and rationalization by those American liberals who can no longer distinguish right from wrong and are wedded to the concept of multiculturalism will be the undoing of this great Country unless we realize that the only way we can neutralize the threat of Radical Islam is to destroy it from within.
Joseph Stalin said "We don't have to defeat the United States militarily, we will destroy it from within".
The same logic applies to places like Iran and Syria. Instead of bombing them back into the stone age or putting tens of thousands of "boots on the ground" to defeat them. We should be using every covert availability to encourage the dissatisfied Mullahs and general populace in both Countries to over throw the autocratic and dictatorial governments presently in power.
This doesn't mean I support the call by the Democrats in Congress to withdraw our troops from Iraq, but I don't think it is possible to defeat radical Islamists militarily unless we gain the support internally from the moderate Muslims in these Countries.
We cannot force internal stability, it must come from within, spearheaded by those who wish to rid themselves of the autocratic rule of the despots who have control. In Iran this is possible with CIA and covert support to those identified as in opposition to the status quo.
Jihad has two phases: The Greater Jihad that is "spiritual warfare against the lower self" and the lesser jihad:"war against non-Muslims until they become Muslims or pay the "Jizya" poll tax, or be killed.
We can't and should not attempt to have them renounce their religion, but with covert and positive "propaganda" we should be able to induce them to renounce the " lesser jihad". Failing this we will have to bomb them back to the stone age as we did to Germany and Japan!

Aid And Comfort To Our Enemy From Congress

The impending passage in the House of Representatives of resolution stating rejection of President Bushs' deployment of 21,000 more troops to Iraq. Spearheaded by an ex-Marine who should know better, and a "wannabe" Queen, Nancy Pelosi, which has no actual power and all political posturing to satisfy the ultra left supporters who got these "cretins" elected to the majority in Congress last November. Will be applauded in the hidden enclaves of the Islamic terrorists our brave armed forces are attempting to defeat in Iraq. It is a national disgrace.At the very best, this action is a display of power by the new "leadership" in the House of Representatives, and at its' worst it is giving "Aid and Comfort" to an avowed enemy!Representative Murtha, a decorated ex-Marine, who has apparently forgot what it feels like to be encircled with supplies and ammunition running out and no hope of help coming in time, or he would run not walk away from such a dastardly proposal. Instead he is a guest on NPR and brags about stopping our troops in their tracks with the legislation he, Pelosi and their ilk have put forward. From hero to traitor in such a short time, and for what?
He might as well be voting to fund Muqtada al Sadrs' "mahdi" army, since this legislation will only give credence to Islamist Osama bin Ladins description of America as "a paper tiger" with no stomach for a fight! Shame on you Democrats and "weak kneed" Republicans that supported this shameful legislation!

Open Borders Coming Soon!

With the "MSM" and Democratic controlled Congress incessantly calling for Our withdrawal from Iraq the probability of another inundation of refugees to this Country is imminent.
Lost in the conversation about the Mexican illegal immigration across our southern borders is a little publicized fact that President Bush sign an Executive order in 2005 that has allowed 100,000 Muslims from the Middle East, North Africa and Asia to be granted political asylum.
Now the news comes from Washington that President Bush will allow 20,000 Iraqis "political asylum" this year without any "screening" of the refugees for "sleeper" Islamist sympathizers. This is just the beginning of the flood that will occur if the Left is successful in forcing a withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq.
Not only will withdrawal be a "Victory" for al Qaeda and Islamic radicals, but it will open a vacuum in Iraq which will rapidly be filled with Sunnis and Shiites battling each other for control. The blood bath that will follow will be genocide for anyone suspected of co-operating with U.S. forces during our occupation.
Even if we only withdraw our troops to Kurdish held portions of Iraq, as has been suggested, we will be unable to stop the mass murder of civilians.
Hundreds of thousands of Muslims will be scrambling to get out of Iraq, and since France and Great Britain have a large population of Muslims in their Country which are beginning to cause social problems. We can expect that the majority of the Iraqi immigrants will head our way . Undoubtedly with the help of our military air planes and Naval ships.
Can we afford to allow unlimited potential sympathizers of Islamic fascism entrance to our country without screening them before and after they arrive? With the political correctness we live with and the assistance of organizations as "CAIR" you know screening will not happen.
While we contemplate withdrawal, we should look to France to see what happened there since their Muslim population has exceeded 10% of their population. Street riots and formation of separate"ghettos" with Sharia law prevailing is a distinct possibility if we are inundated with refugees from Iraq. Is it really a good idea to withdraw?

While Democrats Debate U.S.Troops Advance

While Pelosi and Murtha plod forward with their legislative effort to stop the deployment of more troops to Iraq, and Senator Reid and his ilk have been handed their first defeat with the negative vote on a attempt to stop the Presidents proposal. The "Striker Brigades" are fanning out over "hot spots" of terrorist activity in and around Baghdad going house to house. These groups of 2500 to 3000 troops have only one mission. Find the terrorists and their leadership and kill or capture them to stop the violence and destruction they are waging against their own Countrymen.
The only problem with this effort is that the first and second echelon of the Mahdi Army of Moqtada al-Sadr has fled to safe haven in Iran. This fact was reported by Michael Howard of "The London Guardian", and confirmed by the Advisor to Iraqi Prime Minister later today.
The BBC News also reported that radical Cleric Sadr
has sought refuge in Iran.
It appears that not only have the Iranians given hundreds of Austrian made 50 caliber guns, able to pierce armour plating, but are giving haven to those sought by our valiant troops until the appeasement Democratic Congress can force withdrawal of our troops.
Then the Mahdi army and the Iranians will invade Iraq and commit genocide on any and all those who cooperated with the U.S. This sounds strangely similar to the Viet Cong attacking our troops in the sixties in Viet Nam, and then withdrawing to safe haven in Cambodia where bureaucrats forbid our military to pursue them.
Vladamir Putin speaking in Germany this week said:" If U.S.were to leave and abandon Iraq without establishing the grounds for a united and sovereign country, that would be their second mistake. Even Putin who like our "Old Media" and Congressional appeasers, believes the first mistake was invading Iraq. Feels a withdrawal would be disastrous.
When will the American people wake up and realize that withdrawal will not appease the Islamist Terrorist.? It will only give them another place, beside Iran and Syria, to build weapons of mass destruction to be used against the U.S. and Israel. It will also give another "black eye" to the U.S. Military. Further giving reinforcement to the theory of Islamists that the U.S. is nothing but "a paper tiger". We must not let the leftist media and "wannabe" 60's anti-war movement win this battle. Ours' and Israels' safety and way of life depends on the winnig this war not capitulation as was done in Viet Nam.

Iraq War Needs An Ernie Pyle

The news from Iraq seen on TV and read in the mainstream and not so mainstream newspapers is best described as "Bad News". The leftist media has concentrated on the "horrible atrocities" committed by our gallant soldiers and the "tremendous loss of life of the Iraqi civilians caused by our military aggression."Such traitors as Huston born Dahr Jamail, anti-Bush, anti-war in Iraq activist who has written for "The Nation and contributed to "Pacifica Radio", both hard leftist oracles, has spent his four visits, totaling 8 months, in Iraq taking photos of sick and wounded Iraqis, and reporting favorably on his interview of the program editor of Al-Jazeera, Samir Khadis. His reports never mention anything good being done for the Iraqi people. The schools they have built, the water and electricity restored to many parts of Iraq are left unmentioned by a man who has dedicated his "journalistic" effort on degrading our troops and especially President Bush.
There are too many regular contributors to the news from Iraq who we see everyday on the main network TV stations to mention in this blog. You all know who they are. The point is Lenin was correct when he called the media"useful idiots"!
With the exception of Col. Oliver North a recipient of the Silver star, Bronze star and two Purple hearts for action in Vietnam, reports are incessantly negative in an effort to cause the loss of will to persevere in the American Public.
Oliver North not unlike Ernie Pyle gets right into the groups of Marines who go to battle, in "harms way", not reporting from a safe green zone. His insightful reports like Ernie Pyle show the courage and valor of the men and women who fight for what they know is right. The defeat of Radical Islamic terrorists.
Ernie Pyle was killed by a sniper while covering the battle on a little island off Okinawa called la Shiva, and is buried along side two unknown soldiers in the Military Cemetery inside the Punch Bowl on Oahu, Hawaii.
I had the privilege of visiting his grave site when the ship I was stationed aboard made a port of call at Ford Island. Little did I realize back then in the years when Journalists did everything they could do to help the war effort with their writing. That a day would come when Journalists and "wannabee"Pulitzer prize winners would turn on our fighting men and their Commander in Chief as they have done.
Ernie Pyle through his efforts got a law passed in Congress that adjusted the pay of those soldiers in "harms Way" to an increase of 50% for "fight pay". Where are the Ernie Pyles'of today? Only a few brave Patriots labor in the war zone of Iraq to report victories and progress toward the defeat of a dreaded enemy.

Hillary Wants Taxpayers Bailout!

"Big Five" auto in Michigan is in trouble financially after years of unbridled concessions to UAW demands. It now costs Ford, General Motors and the largest auto parts supplier in the world, Delphi on average $65 per hour per employee even if he is cutting the grass around the plant or doing one of the"do nothing" jobs that have been "feather Beaded" by the UAW. It is reliably estimated that there are 12,000 UAW employees who come to work every day and do nothing but crossword puzzles or watch TV.
Because of high labor and benefit costs, the American Big Five auto workers cost on average $1319.00 per car more to produce than Japanese car makers. Paying a fork lift operator, who outside the auto industry makes $26,000 a year, a annual wage of $130,000 including benefits surely contributes to the problem
The UAW worker with 30 years service can begin to receive pension benefits immediately, no mater what age he or she is, when retiring. These benefits including generous medical, dental and vision plans, and are slowly bankrupting "Big Five".
Don't fret for "Big Five" yet. Hillary is charging to the rescue. The heir apparent to the Democratic nomination for president in 2008 has demanded that President Bush convene a "summit conference" to develop a government "bail out for the Auto Industry". She needs the backing of the AFL-CIO and Teamsters to win her prize, so what better way than have us stupid tax payers bailout a bloated, allegedly mismanaged Union and its many thousands members and retires. After the Airline bailout I have no doubt the politicians in Washington will sell us out once again to save an industry that the Japanese and Mexicans have proved can be run successfully for a lot less without knuckling under to the Unions.
I say buy American only if it isn't helping to save a dead industry that will just not lay down!

The Fox Guarding The Hen House

This week Democratic "Queen in Charge", Speaker Pelosi appointed "a fox" to the hen house Congress calls The House Judiciary Committee. This fox is newly elected Congressman Ellison from the state of Minnesota. This man is an avowed Muslim who was supported for this position in Congress by the Congressional Black Caucus. A man who became a history maker by taking the oath of office with his hand on the Koran, and was supported in his election campaign by a $50,000 contribution from CAIR!
Last week the news that the Democratic Committee began their meeting with a prayer given by Husham Al-Hausiny was another example of the Democrats appeasement, denial and capitulation to radical Islamists.
Al-Hausiny is the Dearborn, Michigan Islamic Education Center director. An outspoken supporter of Shiite Muslims, of which his Mosque has 5000 members. This man has publicly spoken in support of Islamists, and an extremist known for his anti-war feelings. Perhaps this is why the Democrats choose him. After all , it appears the Democrats want the U.S. to withdraw and effectively loose the fight against the same people this man supports.
It appears to this blogger that the American left including the Democrats, Socialists and Communists organizations are the ones supporting both financially and in person the demonstrations going on in the quest to end the U.S. fight against radical Islam in Iraq. Just watch a video of their marchers and read the signs. The hate drips from their placards.

Pelosi Plan To Freeze Our Butts

While the new "warden" of the Democratic majority in the House of Representatives fights for her personal luxury military jet to transport her and her sycophants back to "Deviate City". She is also trying to push through a Bill called erroneously, "The Clean Energy Act",a new law that would punish "big oil" for its' alleged pollution and contribution to "global warming".
In fact all this proposed legislation would accomplish is to place a financial burden on the oil and natural gas producers that will be passed on to us the consumer in higher prices at the pump and in our gas bills.
The Bill not only does nothing to encourage oil companies to explore and extract oil and natural gas we know exists, but will force up the costs consumers pay for their products.
For every "scientist" who is seen on TV decrying the rapid advance of "global Warming" you can find another equally qualified person we does not ascribe to the warming mantra. If the new left wing, anti-progress faction of the country wins this battle it won't be long until we will be subject to the whims of nature to warm our home in winter. Many jobs will be lost due to the closing of plants designated as polluters, and gas will cost more than the finest liquors.
Please call, fax or write your Congress person and Senators to oppose this bill. If it passes our only hope is that Bush will use his reluctant "veto pen".

The Father Made the Job Harder For Son

In the later part of the of 1990, after 160 days of indecision by the United Nations and anti-war elements in Congress. The Democratic Congress approved by a narrow margin in both Houses, Senate 52-47 and House 250-185, the liberation of Kuwait that had been invaded by the armed forces of Saddam Hussein. General H.F. Schwarzkopf was selected as supreme Commander of the Invasion force. The war lasted from January 1991 to February 28,1991. American forces sustained 146 KIAs' during this short war, which was won because of the superior air power of the A-10 Warthogs and American tanks.
Unfortunately,Pres. Bush senior, with advice from Secretary of Defense Cheny and Gen. Colin Powell, decide not to continue on to Baghdad to topple the oppressive regime of Saddam Hussein. The decision was made with a "hope" for an overthrow of Saddam by the opposition forces by way of a coup.
Thus, Saddam was allowed to send 115-140 military aircraft to Iran as well as an unknown amount of weapons of "mass destruction". This in addition to causing the largest oil spill in history and setting Kuwaits oil rigs on fire.
Fast forward to the "do nothing" Clinton Administration, and Saddam had time to to build up his war machine and terrorist network with the aid of the Russians, and France who provided most of his weapons being used against our boys and girls in the battle today.
Despite the negative media coverage from day one of the President George Bush, Jr.administration, the issue of the threat to the free world by Saddam Hussein was finally taken up by the U.S. Congress. The vote to attack Iraq was held in October, 2002. The House voted 296-133 and the Senate voted 77-33. Bill 107-243 was signed into law by president Bush 10/16/02 and had among other reasons for the military action against Iraq were the following: members of Al-qaida were known to be in Iraq, the attempted assassination of President George H. Bush and Iraqs failure to comply with the terms of the cease fire of 1991.
Thus began a war against Islamic terrorism with full support of the government.
Now we have the liberal left of Congress and the whole of the Print and TV media leading the charge to withdraw from Iraq. Some "spineless Republicans have also joined the call for withdrawal. This is a indication to radical Islamists that as Khomeini has called the U.S. a "paper tiger" is in fact about to be proven a fact if something doesn't stop the stampede for withdrawal!
A fine piece of journalistic reporting by Ray Kraft of the "Family Security Matters" about the inability of many to understand the Jihad is quoted below.

The Jihad cannot be reasoned with. It cannot be bargained with. It cannot be treatied with. That it is all for nothing. That Islam will never be "victorious over every other religion."

"A very good article.I would like to make one other comment about the continuing struggle between religions and secular non believers.First,we can all but eliminate those who make their own laws and do not proscribe to the 10 Commandments to which all faiths with a belief in God do proscribe.This difference,of course, includes most all the atheistic judges,news media bozos,politicians,entertainers,and many millions of disillusioned,unhappy people in this world who have no strong system of beliefs other than that everything is relative, and we just adjust our thinking,moral behavior, and laws during the time fate has chosen we exist on this planet.Thus,we have become a ruthless,self serving menagerie of human wolves with no compassion for others.Anybody not adhering to these ever changing man made beliefs is considered the enemy.
This failure to follow the moral rule of law in favor of man made law has resulted in mad chaos for thousands of years.The arrogance of man with his misunderstanding of LOVE for every human being will continue to result in rigid, inflexible hate between sexes,between religions,between nations,between races, and the upper and lower classes of societies,and between a belief in the mortality and immortality of man.I will take the latter belief any day,because it has become obvious that man is heading on a collision course with himself and there is laughter from above and the angels saying to the Almighty, "and you gave man a free will",what a joke."

Words From a Muslim That You Need to Hear

The New York Times recently interviewed a former member of the Dutch Parliament, who resigned after it was revealed that she used false information on her request for political asylum when she left Africa, saying she was from Somalia when in fact she had been living in Kenya. Ayaan Hirsi Ali, the author of a new book entitled "The Infidel" was the subject of the Times interview.

During the interview she was asked about why the moderate Muslims cannot seem to get their message of peace across as opposed to the success of the radical Islamists with the Muslim youth?

The following is a direct quote from her answer to the reporter doing the interview, and reflects her animus toward radical Islam. Particularly as it applies to woman's rights.

"Every time there is a debate between a real jihadi and, say, what we have decided to call moderate Muslims, the jihadis win. Because they come with the Koran and quotes from the Koran. They come with quotes from the Hadith and the Sunnah, and the traditions of the prophet. And every assertion they make, whether it is that women should be veiled, or Jews should be killed, or Americans are our enemies, or any of that, they win. Because what they have to say is so consistent with what is written in the Koran and the Hadith. And what the moderates fail to do is to say, listen, that’s all in there, but that wasn’t meant for this context. And we have moved on. We can change the Koran, we can change the Hadith. That’s what’s missing."

Unfortunately not too many people pay attention to what she is saying. The liberals and radical left prefer to say we are dealing with a small group of radicals, and not the majority of the Muslim followers. If you believe her as I do it is easy to see that we as Christian and Jewish society have a great deal to fear from the rapid expansion in all areas of our lives of the Muslim influence, and to some extent what is going on in our prison system. Where prison Chaplains of Muslim persuasion recruit disgruntled Black prisoners.

Keith Ellison in Congress and possibly Senator Obama, candidate for Democratic President nominee, are just the tip of the iceberg of infiltration of Muslims into our government.

In Great Britian there is a fear that radical mulsims have infiltrated their "Defence" Department and "outed" Muslim soldiers who are potential targets for kidnapping and beheading by Radical Islamists whom would video tape the atrocities and show them on Islamic TV. A video was recently shown on ITV news of Abu Izzadeen, British born Muslim of Jamacian descent, in which he calls for the beheading of any Muslim youth who joins the British army. This Muslim is a member of Al-Ghurabaa, a radical Muslim group that has been banned in the United Kingdom.

The video was shot two years ago in a Mosque in Regents Park. Apparently some Muslims infiltrated the British Defense department to carry out his "fatawa".

The word "idreb" is found in the Quran 12 times.This word is used mostly to evoke "beating" or "striking". It is often used to punish those who violate Sharia law. In the past 15 years over 1,000 gay men have been beheaded in Saudi Arabia, where it is not uncommon to accuse a person of being a homosexual for political purposes. Do the liberals who want us out of Iraq want these kind of people to defeat us?

What Motivates Terroists?

Indeed, the biggest myth going is that Islam has been “hijacked” by the terrorists. No, the only thing that’s been hijacked is the truth about fundamentalist, radical Islam, which makes holy war against infidels a sacred duty for Muslims.
The terrorists are getting all their violent ideas — the jihad, the martyrdom for virgins, even the beheadings — right out of their holy book. To pretend otherwise, to brainwash soldiers and cops on the home front into thinking the enemy is simply a ragtag network of random thugs and not part of a larger movement — is to set them, and us all, up for failure.
The almost endless stream of terrorists we’ve seen committing almost unspeakable acts of violence all over the world aren’t the irrational fanatics they’ve been portrayed to be. Hard as it is to believe, they have a calculated worldview based on religious and historical assumptions. They don’t act willy-nilly. These aren’t common street hoods who will mug their own mother for drug money. They are disciplined soldiers in a holy war. While their bloodshed may seem random, they have a purpose, a religious purpose, sick as it may be.
And they are relentless. Denying this unpleasant truth so we can feel nice and tolerant is politically correct suicide. We need an honest assessment of our enemy. Wishful thinking is not going to win this war. Jihadists have declared war on America and the West, yet we are reluctant to even identify them with the religion in whose name they kill us.
It’s time to take off the gloves. We must declare war on jihad — and all its participants and supporters — before they can make even deeper inroads."

The previous quote is from Michael Scheuer a former CIA analyst while speaking to a group discussing how to cope with the terroist threat of "radical Islamists". I took this particular portion of his speech out of context, because I believe he is articulating a point of view that must be understood by all our political and judicial leaders as well as the public at large. We are fighting a war of conflicting ideas, and I firmly believe that knowledge is power. It gives you the power to sift through the constant barrage of liberal propaganda we are bombarded with every day.

This war will not be over in a short period of time, as it is a war for the hearts and minds of people all over the world. Only the Good Lord knows how and when it will end.

Democrats Doing CAIR's Work?

The quote that follows is from United Press International's webpage. It illustrates once more that the Democrats in Congress with their resolutions against funding for troops ordered deployed to Iraq by our President, are "carrying water for the Radical Islamists like CAIR.
"The Council for Islamic-American Relations urged "members of the American Muslim community and other people of conscience to urge their senators to support a resolution (Senate Concurrent Resolution 2) in the U.S. Senate opposing an escalation in our nation's military involvement in Iraq. Debate on this and other Iraq resolutions is expected on the Senate floor this week."
CAIR noted that the non-binding resolution, introduced by Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chair Sen. Joseph Biden, D-Del., stated that "greater regional and international support would assist the Iraqis in achieving a political solution and national reconciliation" and "the United States should transfer, under an appropriately expedited timeline, responsibility for internal security and halting sectarian violence in Iraq to the government of Iraq and Iraqi security forces."
CAIR urged American Muslims to "contact both of your senators and ask them to support Senate Concurrent Resolution 2 and any other Senate action that opposes escalating American military involvement in Iraq."
The Council for Islamic-American Relations urged "members of the American Muslim community and other people of conscience to urge their senators to support a resolution (Senate Concurrent Resolution 2) in the U.S. Senate opposing an escalation in our nation's military involvement in Iraq. Debate on this and other Iraq resolutions is expected on the Senate floor this week."

I urge all who read this blog to write or call your Congressmen and Senators and tell them they are being unpatriotic to vote to support withholding funds for troop deployment. We don't want to wait until they hit us again or we have to fight the Islamist radicals in our streets.

"Dems." Afraid Of Bush Win in Iraq

The Constant barrage of negativity seen in the Media coupled with the New Democratic majority in Congress' calling for withdrawal of our troops from the "quagmire" of Iraq rings Hallow to me.
What these sycophants of our enemy are really afraid of is not that we will continue to suffer casualties, as we will, but rather that their hated enemy, President Bush, will succeed in his quest to turn Iraq into a beginning of the end to dictatorship rule in the Arab States with a Democratly elected government in Iraq that funtions.
Irans' political leader is on very soft ground with a great deal of unrest in the populace due to the unstable economic state, partially resulting from the UN sanctions, and Khomeini is restless for a change to his way.
In Iraq the Mahdi army, led by terrorist Muqtada al-Sadr, has its' back to the wall because of President Bushs' proposal to send 23,000 more troops to Iraq. The "insurgent" supply of terrorist troops from Al Qaeda, Wahhabis, Baathists and Arab Nationalists is dwindling because of the infighting going on in the sectarian war in Iraq's major cities.
The financial support that has come from Iran is threatened to stop if the new two U.S. Carrier battle groups set up a blockade to Iran.
Thus the war inside Iraq, which those who want the U.S. to loose, is called "Civil War" is really a "hodgepodge" of armed groups, often controlled by Iran, who are fighting because one group wants the new Democratic government to succeed and a group that wants it to fail. The later is unfortunately given comfort by the constant din of the Democrats who demand troop withdrawal.
"Saddam Hussein was confident that if the insurgency succeeded in bogging down the US forces long enough and killing a significant number of American soldiers, it would create doubt in the minds of Americans whether the US could ever win this war. His advisers were sure that such a perception would compel the Americans to force their administration to withdraw the troops. And Saddam Hussein was proven right when a commission, formed to assess the Iraq war and recommend a new course, ruled out the prospect of victory for America.
It is obvious that Democrats do not consider that a victory in Iraq is vital for long term US national security interests. But their insistence that the solution to the Iraq conflict is political rather than military underlines their lack of understanding of the ground realities as they exist in Iraq. They fail to recognize that an artificial country like Iraq, whose component ethnic and sectarian populations have no desire to stay together, cannot be expected to transform into a unified and seamless nationhood on its own."

Actions Have Consequences!

The Media is filled every day and night with the Liberal viewpoint that the war in Iraq is unwinable, and each day more elected officials at all levels of government are playing their political game of "kick the President". Pictures of the Mayor of Salt Lake City marching in an anti-war demonstration with the likes of Sean Penn, Jessie Jackson, Susan Sarandon and Maxine Waters are not bad enough news. Today that allegedly once member of the Ku Klux Klan, now the oldest living member of the United States Senate joined the cadre of naysayers about the war in Iraq. Under the direction and expense of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Mr. Byrd has sent an email to the American public which includes the following statement: "In Iraq there is no victory to be had in an enterprise that has been ill-fated from the start." Accepting this at face value this blogger has to believe that this Senator and too many other elected members of Congress has put his and his partys' personal agenda and ambitions before the welfare of our Country and the brave volunteers who are fighting Radical Islamic terrorists for US.
In the period from 1941 to 1945 his words would certainly have been condemned as "giving aid and comfort to the enemy" if not treason. Instead the Media, which cost us the Vietnam war, is highlighting these self-serving politicians as patriots who simply want to save the lives of the troops.
It is appropriate and right to include a quote here from Sargent Eddie Jeffrey. This brave man is stationed in Ramadi, Iraq where he witnesses death and destruction everyday. "It is absolutely sickening to me to think our country has come to this. Why are we so obsessed with the bad news? Why will people stop at nothing to be against this war, no matter how much evidence of the good we've done is thrown in their face? When is the last time CNN or MSNBC or CBS reported the opening of schools and hospitals in Iraq? Or the leaders of terror cells being detained or killed? It's all happening, but people will not let up their hatred of President Bush. They will ignore the good news, because it just might show people that Bush was right."
Later in the same letter he says:"Americans are so concerned with politics that it is interfering with the war. They are becoming the enemy. Lets stop all the bad news, lets stand and fight. Isn't that what America is all about anyway?"
Osama bin Laden said "America is a paper tiger!" Those who should be following their oath of office to support and defend the Constitution should be ashamed of their actions. As our elected leaders, we have a right to expect more from them than the radicals who march in the streets and deface the capitol steps with spray paint.
Winning the war against terrorism will require that we understand the enemy and what they plan to do if they prevail, and demonstrating a will to prevail in what will surely be a long and costly war. Pulling our troops out will only give aid and comfort to Al Qaeda and OBL.

"Aid And Comfort" From Wisconsin

Wisconsin has two "odious" people in the news today. Senator Feingold is pushing his bill to end funding for future deployment of U.S. troops to Iraq. His hearing was well attended by anti-war protesters, some of whom defiled the steps of the Capitol with spray paint slogans, and got away with it.
An even greater outrage than what Feingold is trying to do and will fail, is the outrageous exchange between a Sargent in the 1st Cavalry Division stationed in Taji, Iraq.
For some unknown reason that is very troubling to this blogger, is the fact that these warriors ,who now defend what was once Saddam's Republican Guards' stronghold in one of the most dangerous locations in Iraq. Have no cots or mattresses to sleep on.
Because the sand these soldiers sleep on is full of sand mites and other parasites that carry exotic diseases. Sargent Jason Hess wrote to Bargain Suppliers Discount Mats via email, to see if he could buy some mats for his men. The email he received back from this West Allis, Wisconsin firm run by an ex-patriot of Pakistan, now a U.S. resident, Faisal Kheanis. Was a terse statement that said: We don't ship our mats to APO addresses, and even if we did we would NEVER ship to Iraq. If you were sensible you and your troops would pull out of Iraq".
Both Feingold and Mr. Khetanis are probably getting "three cheers" from CAIR, but I think they both are guilty of giving "aid and comfort" to any enemy that has as its' sole objective the destruction of US!
Shame on both of you. By the way when will they Army send its troops into battle area with all the equipment they need including mats to sleep on. Sick soldiers can't do their job!

The Latest "Miscreant" Speaks Out

The latest "backstabber" has outed himself in Germany to writers for Der Spiegel newspaper.
Tyler Drumheller, recently retired Chief of the CIA European Division gave an interview to this newspaper in which he alleges that he had tried to convince the Bush Administration that Saddam did not have the WMDs' that were said to exist by then Secretary of State General Colin Powell during his speech to the UN.
The article is very lengthy, and most of it not worthy of quoting, but two items show the perfidy of this 26 year veteran of the CIA .
When asked about the people who were involved in the "kidnapping"or capture of suspected terrorists Mr. Drumheller had these words to describe those who risked their lives to aid the fight against Radical Islam. He said, "if they were not doing paramilitary actions they would probably be robbing banks!" Some boss this guy was for those who risked their lives while he sat behind a desk.
His insistence that he had tried to warn the Bush Administration that there were no weapons of mass destruction rings hollow when you read the sworn statement of Naji Sabri, Iraq Foreign Minister. He stated that Saddam did not actually have nuclear weapons but was working on them. He did not have any biological weapons, but did have many chemical weapons.
Chemical weapons were designated as weapons of mass destruction by the UN in 1993, and were outlawed.
Sarin, VX gas, Ricin, botulism toxin and saxitoxin are all chemicals Saddam allegedly had and were used by his forces in the war with Iran when 100,000 Iranian soldiers were victims of Saddams' chemical weapons. He also killed 5,000 dissident Kurds with the same type chemical weapons.
The liberal press and so called "intelligensia" have hung their collective hats on the fact that since no nukes were found. Saddam did not have WMDs'. Many shells were found which had chemical gas in them, but this as always was explained away as being old ineffective weapons. Thinking people who are not Bush haters have to realize that all the delays by the UN to take action against Saddam, and the Press aid to the enemy by letting Iraq know we were coming soon,gave more than enough time to transport his arsenal across the border to Syria or Iran.
Drumheller is nothing more than another ex-government liberal joining the "I hate Bush" band wagon. Look for a book by him soon!

Are WE The 21st. Century Roman Empire?

From 510 BC until the First Century BC the Roman Republic ruled what was the Roman domain. Following Julius Caesars' defeat of Pompey in 44BC he was appointed Dictator and thus began the Roman Empire that lasted until 476 AD when Germanic hordes over ran and conquered the Western Roman Empire. The Byzantine and Eastern Empires lasted for almost a thousand more years.
The Western Roman Empire failed because of the inability to field legions large enough to defend against the continual onslaught of invading hordes.
Why? Because Rome had become so decadent, riddled with disease, famine and debauchery that the Romans lost the will to defend themselves. Eighty percent of the population had migrated to the Eastern Empire and those remained had become "pacifists" who wanted the available money ,that was in short supply despite increased taxation, be spent on roads, aqueducts and public housing. The army that was 3 million strong dwindled to less than 500 thousand.
Not only had the Romans become "pacifists" but they were witness to political corruption, debauchery and the number of prostitutes in Rome at the time of its' fall was 32,000! People ate and drank until they became ill, and their favorite pastime was to go to the Colosseum to watch people kill each other all day long. In short they were a society that decayed from within.
Some unnamed philosopher once said, " Civilizations don't die. They commit suicide"!
The way the leaders of this great country are acting makes me wonder if we are trying to emulate the Roman Empire.
A few of the absurd items in the News these past few days make me wonder if we have lost our way?
Troops in Iraq about to go into battle are given a card with rules of engagement made up by military lawyers with no combat experience that tell the troops: "Use minimum force necessary to decisively eliminate the threat". If this is not ambiguous enough and confusing to our troops let me remind you that all the junior officers have already spent months in a camp in the United States that emphasizes that weapons are not always the best way to win a war. Shoot first or be killed seems to be put behind "think about it before you pull the trigger". We can expect more body bags with this kind of logic running our fighting forces. Where are the Modern day Pattons' when we need them?
On the Home front Senator Feingold and Congressman Conyers are doing their best to make it impossible to identify terrorists in all forms of law enforcement including federal, state and local. They are pushing for a law which would make it a crime to imply any kind of profiling in identifying suspected terrorists. Who do they think the 19 terrorists were who pulled off 9/11? A group of seventy year old men from the Knights of Columbus?
FBI agents are forced to take a "sensitivity training" course that is being taught by members of CAIR. Some of whose members have been charged with crimes!
The Secretary of the Treasury has hired an advisor on Islamic banking. He is legitimating a fraud by doing so. Islam had no banking until 1975 when Saudi Arabia had so many petrodollars it had to find investments in the West. Prior to this Islam was dictated by the Quran that bans interest as "usury".
A recent poll by the Islamic Society of North America found that by 3-1 Muslims in the U.S. believe we are waging a war with their Islamic religion! When will the American people wake up to the threat? Will it be in time or will we be so weak we quit the fight for our God given rights and values?

Time For Facts

I am no fan of ex-President Carter. In fact I believe he is one of the worst Presidents we had and a very poor example of a previous occupant of the Oval Office.

This being said, I must comment on the poor choice of words he made when Questioned about the Holocaust. His statement about "too many Jews being on the committee" was poorly stated, but has some merit for consideration.

World War II was a bloody and deadly experience for all involved in the War against the Nazi and Japanese enemy.

History records that 54.2 million people lost their lives because of the war. 38,573,000 were civilians killed because they were in combat areas. There was little concern when we wanted to win, about "collateral damage, and the Russians enjoyed killing and raping all they conquered as did the Japanese.

292,131 American fighting forces died during the war. 3,393 died on "D-Day" alone. The wars' estimated cost on all involved was 288 billion dollars.

The Holocaust that has caused so much consternation of late was responsible for killing an estimated 21 million people. The Nazis exterminated in their 26 death camps 5,993,900 Jews!

Tragically forgotten are the 16-20 million non-Jews that were killed in Nazi concentration camps all over Nazi occupied Europe.

The first concentration camp and extermination compound was established in Auschwitz. A Polish town about 50 kilometers from Krakow in May of 1940 after the Nazi war machine captured Poland.

For the first 21 months after Auschwitz was opened it was occupied by non-Jewish Poles who were Christians, mostly Catholic. History shows that 100 thousand non-Jews were killed or died of starvation at Auschwitz, and during this time period 1,700,000 non-Jew Poles were sent to Siberia by the Russians.

Rudolf Hoss, commandant of Auschwitz, testified during the Nuremberg Trials that 3 million people died in this one camp. The Nazis had over 100 camps throughout occupied Europe.

I don't want to diminish the tragedy that the Jewish people experienced as a result of Hitlers' quest to exterminate their population, We must also remember that he killed or had killed many millions of non-Jews in these very same 26 camps solely because he suspected they were in opposition to his dictatorship and goal to conquer the world. Maybe this is what the "lame Brain" ex-President meant to say?

"Bergergate" Too Late

What I write today is not intended to change any historical consequences or change any opinions. It is the result of research that I have conducted on the Internets' vast store of historical facts and allegations. My research began back in July 1996 when I saw the Media coverage of the explosion of TWA flight 800 off the coast of Long Island.
The Media story was that the plane broke in half because of a malfunction in the fuel lines that cause the explosion ,breaking the plane in two pieces and sending one piece high into the sky before plunging to the ocean below. This fabrication of a story later confirmed by the FBI, was despite the fact there were 270 witnesses who allegedly saw a missile type object strike the plane before it blew up. The FBI never interviewed any of these witnesses. In fact the FBI was given the authority to do the investigation over the usual airline crash investigating team of the NTSB by Valerie Casprone, now General Counsel for the FBI.
Later that year a little publicized story about a report from an FBI informant, serving time for violation of the RICO law, appeared briefly. The prisoner, Gregory Scarpa, was a prison mate of Raji Yousef. Yousef allegedly was involved in the bombing of the New York Federal Building and author of the "Bojinka" plot to use airplanes as flying bombs. Scarpa told FBI and allegedly they turned the report over to the Clinton Administration. Allegedly Clinton reviewed the documents and made handwritten notes on the margins of the report. Nothing was done to follow up the leads.
Fast forward to 2003, 2004 and we find millionaire Trade Lawyer , now National Security Advisor to President Clinton(1997-2001) made four trips to the National archives. On the fourth trip he was caught taking documents outside the National Archives building stuffed in his jacket and pants. Berger later admitted he hid the documents under a construction vehicle so he could retrieve them and cut them in pieces after reading them to prepare for his testimony before the 911 commission. Where these documents evidence that Clinton and Berger knew of the threat to use flying bombs against America? We will never know, and for his help prisoner Scarpa was shipped off to a Maximum Security prison in Colorado for a 40 year sentence. Rather stiff for a RICO violation!
Paul Brachfield, Inspector General testified to Justice Department on 12/20/06 about Bergers theft, but the Justice Department failed to inform the 9/11 Commission of the destruction by Berger of some potentially damaging and informative documents about the 9/11 attack by terrorists.
For his actions Mr.Berger was convicted, in April of 2005 of unauthorised removal and retention of documents. He stole them and destroyed them, but the judge ruled that his crime was a misdemeanor and sentenced him to 2 years probation, 100 hours of Community service and 50,000 dollar fine. This was Bergers second judicail fine. He was previously convicted in Civil Court of failing to sell his AMACO stock as ordered by the White House in 1994. He said he forgot! Thus he was not charged criminally as you and I would be.
Now the news that the Judge that reviewed Bergers case and found no criminal action, Judge Noel Hilliman is being proposed by President Bush for the Federal Bench. The man whose conclusion of innocence for Berger was not preceeded by an interview of Inspector General Paul Brachfield regarding Mr. Bergers visits to the National archives 5/30/02, 7/18/02 at which time he allegedly reviewed and posibly took documents that were from the White House which were not yet inventoried. Were these documents damaging to Clinton? Did he know of the pending threat to the U.S. by flying bombs yet failed to act? We will never know. but if so then we have a Berger/ClitonGate that makes Watergate look like a "TEAPARTY"!
