THE FOLLOWING IS A COPY OF A VERY INTELLIGENT OBSERVATION ABOUT TODAYS EVENTS HAPPENING IN THE MIDDLE EAST THAT I RECEIVED FROM MY SON. I THINK HE WON'T MIND MY SHARING IT WITH ALL THAT READ MY MISSIVES. WE ARE ABSOLUTELY AT WAR AGAINST A RELENTLESS CAPABLE AND VERY EVIL FOE IN THE RADICAL MUSLIM WORLD. THAT IS WHY I BELIEVE WE SHOULD APPROACH THIS AS AN ALL OUT WAR EFFORT,AND FORGET ABOUT DIPLOMACY. IT WILL ONLY GIVE OUR ENEMIES MORE TIME TO ACQUIRE MORE DEADLY WEAPONS AND SHOW THEM WE ARE WEAK AND LACKING RESOLVE. THEY MUST BE CRUSHED AT ANY COST, AND WITH THE WEAPONS THAT WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL.

All of us have often seen scenes like these on our TV screens.
Women and children as solders and suicide bombers!
Once again the entire WORLD is very obviously facing down the barrel of evil.
This is clearly uncivilized and barbaric behavior under any circumstances.
And I'm having just a little trouble...I just don't understand.....
Just how is anyone supposed to identify the civilians? I don't see civilized behavior!
When a culture behaves in this manner, do they not forfeit the right to outrage over the deaths of innocent women and children?
Where was their public outcry against the blatant child abuse rampant in this culture of death?
Where was the world outcry at these images?!?
And now there is a war. Surprised!?!
You shouldn't be...
Can these people be trusted?
Do you really doubt the war was provoked? Or that the next one will be as well?
If as human beings we are to be truly non-violent, why don't we demand an end to this insanity?
And aren't our public institutions responsible to defend us from this treat?
And if not, civil society has broken down and we have certainly descended into hell!
