Left Wing Congressional Dirty Dozen

April 24th of 2007 Congressman Dennis Kucinich Democrat from Ohio filled A Bill of Impeachment against Vice-President Richard Cheney.
He has been joined by eleven of the most hateful Congress people that have had the privilege to sit as an elected representative in Congress in my opinion.

Most would make Carl Marx proud for their socialistic, anti-religious actions since being elected. But this is the most misguided sham of all.The charges leveled against Mr. Cheney could be attributed to many members of the House and Senate as the decision to go to war against Saddam was being debated.

The following list and some quotes are courtesy of a blog written by Mr. J.B. Williams in today's edition of the New Media Journal.

Those that have co-sponsored the impeachment bill, which won't ever fly, are listed below and contain a group of dissident liberals who hate everything the Bush administration and are too stupid to check the Congressional record for the quotes they attribute to Mr. Cheney to know that most were said by members of the Democrat party.

Joining Kucinich are his cosponsors Rep Clay, Wm. Lacy [MO-1] - 5/1/2007, Rep Schakowsky, Janice D. [IL-9] - 5/1/2007, Rep Wynn, Albert Russell [MD-4] - 5/10/2007, Rep Clarke, Yvette D. [NY-11] - 6/6/2007, Rep Lee, Barbara [CA-9] - 6/7/2007, Rep Woolsey, Lynn C. [CA-6] - 6/7/2007, Rep Waters, Maxine [CA-35] - 6/12/2007, Rep Ellison, Keith [MN-5] - 6/28/2007, Rep Johnson, Henry C. "Hank," Jr. [GA-4] - 6/28/2007, Rep McDermott, Jim [WA-7] - 7/10/2007, Rep Moran, James P. [VA-8] - 7/10/2007, with Reps Sam Farr (CA-D), Bob Filner (CA-D) and Jesse Jackson Jr. (IL-D) looking to join the effort.

Please take a moment to make special note of each name on this list. Why, you ask?

They make this charge on the basis that the following statements were used to trick America into war with Iraq and that these statements were all false.

"The problem is not nuclear testing; it is nuclear weapons. ... The number of Third World countries with nuclear capabilities seems to grow daily. Saddam Hussein's near success with developing a nuclear weapon should be an eye-opener for us all." - "One of the most compelling threats we in this country face today is the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Threat assessments regularly warn us of the possibility that...Iraq...may acquire or develop nuclear weapons." - "If you don't believe...Saddam Hussein is a threat with nuclear weapons, then you shouldn't vote for me." - "Serving on the Intelligence Committee and seeing day after day, week after week, briefings on Saddam's weapons of mass destruction and his plans on using those weapons, he cannot be allowed to have nuclear weapons, it's just that simple. The whole world changes if Saddam ever has nuclear weapons." - "Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology, which is a threat to countries in the region, and he has made a mockery of the weapons-inspection process." - "We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction."

The problem is that these statements were not made by Vice President Dick Cheney, though Cheney’s related statements which appear in the Articles of Impeachment were in complete alignment with each of these statements, as were the statements of so many others here and abroad.

These statements were all made by congressional Democrats, before, during and after any Bush administration assessments of an Iraq threat. Namely, in order of the quotes above, Harry Reid, Dick Durbin, John Kerry, John Edwards, Nancy Pelosi and Teddy Kennedy, all of whom have since accused the Bush administration of "lying" for making these same statements.

The Articles go on to make another important assertion. That Cheney (and Bush) made an effort to make a false connection between Iraq (the Hussein regime) and 9/11. Although any reader can make the connection themselves by reading the bi-partisan 911 Commission Report, page 66 to be exact, Bush and Cheney actually made no special effort to connect Hussein to 911, other than to ask the appropriate folks if there was any connection. They didn’t need to…

This Impeachment charge flies in the face of the evidence, specifically Bush’s own statement just nine days after 9/11, in which he said before the world, "Americans are asking, "Who attacked our country?" The evidence we have gathered all points to a collection of loosely affiliated terrorist organizations known as al Qaeda." Note the missing reference to Iraq… When specifically asked in a news briefing, Bush later answered, "there is no evidence to suggest that Hussein or Iraq were in any way involved with the events of 9/11."

Of course, Hillary Clinton said it differently,

"Hussein has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members. It is clear, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security. - Now this much is undisputed."

When we reflect on the reasons why America is held in such little regard we ought to realize that people in other Countries may actually read what happens in the U.S. Congress from time to time, and they must think we as a Country are very stupid to allow such morons to represent us in the Congress.Hate makes people do stupid and irrational things but this bill of impeachment is one of the worst!

Ellisons Duplicit Perfidy Was Predictable

The only professed Muslim in the United States Congress is reported to have given a speech recently to a group of atheists in
his speech he spoke the following words courtesy of The World Net Daily.com.

Congressman Ellison,D-Minn., told a group of Minnesota atheists earlier this week the actions of the Bush administration in the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001, al-Qaida attacks remind him of the Nazis' use of the burning of Berlin’s Reichstag's parliament building in 1933 to expand their power.

Ellison, at a noontime speech before Atheists for Human Rights, told the Minneapolis-based group, "You'll always find this Muslim standing up for your right to be atheists." I guess he hasn't checked with the Quran recently where it says covert the infidels or kill them!
"The congressman talked to the group of over 100 meeting in the Southdale Library in Edina about a number of topics – impeaching Vice President Cheney, Bush's commutation of Scooter Libby's sentence, the war in Iraq and the 2001 attacks by al-Qaida".

Speaking of the destruction of the World Trade Center and the damage to the Pentagon, Ellison said, "It's almost like the Reichstag fire, kind of reminds me of that. After the Reichstag was burned, they blamed the communists for it and it put the leader of that country [Hitler] in a position where he could basically have authority to do whatever he wanted." The implication is the 9/11 attack was staged by Bush and his Administration even though it was not said that way!

The day following the fire, Chancellor Adolph Hitler pushed for an end to many personal, political and property rights and used powers granted to him to crush political opposition and come to power.

"The fact is that I'm not saying it was a [U.S.] plan, or anything like that because, you know, that's how they put you in the nut-ball box – dismiss you," Ellison explained to the group.

Ellison, however, is no stranger to controversial positions.

As WND has reported, Ellison, a Muslim who used a Quran for his swearing-in ceremony, has come under criticism for associating with a Muslim group accused of fomenting violence against Jews and Christians. This group is The Muslim American Society that has alleged ties to the radical Islamist Muslim Brotherhood!

He also allowed his election supporters to shout, "Allahu Akbar!," the same phrase allegedly used by the 9/11 suicide pilots, and he has confirmed to reporters that "in terms of political agenda items, my faith informs these things." The meaning is God Is Good, but the fact they shouted it before their suicide bombing shows what I have said repeatedly. We are in a religious war!

"It was in 2000 that Ellison joined Bernadine Dohrn, one of the founders of the 1960s radical group the Weather Underground, and several other speakers at a fundraiser for then-recently arrested Kathleen Soliah, a.k.a. Sara Jane Olson of the Symbionese Liberation Army. Soliah and other members of the 1970s domestic-terrorist group were later convicted for placing bombs under police cars and murdering a woman during a bank robbery.

When asked for examples of such Nazi-like action in the wake of 9/11, Ellison cited the Iraq war, certain provisions of the Patriot Act and Bush's commutation of Scooter Libby's sentence".
I guess he forgot all the pardons Clinton granted on his lat day in office, but then they were all Democrat supporters or fund raisers were their sponsors.

This is a good example of why we should have an individual oath swearing allegiance to America and it's basic principles for each member of Congress. The current mass swearing in of all newly elected Congressmen followed by the individual "photo op" for the folks back home won't prevent people like Ellison from making a mockery of the oath of allegiance of his office, as he did in Minnesota last week.

Hillary the Sophist Speeks with "Forked Tongue"

Yesterday Senator Clinton gave another of her campaign speeches in Iowa. Her pitch to those listening was, if she is elected President, she will immediately bring home the troops from Iraq. But she won't abandon Afghanistan because al Qaeda is growing stronger there, and our national security and international standing depend on our remaining in Afghanistan.

She called Our mission complete in Iraq, and we are now involved in a civil war, and we owe it to our troops to bring them home.

Apparently her memory is conveniently short. During her co-Presidency with the adulterer Bill Clinton she and her friend, Secretary of State Madelaine Albright convinced Bill and the American people to get involved in the Bosnian war (March 1992-11/95) to stop what was portrayed as another "holocaust". The moral equivalent of another Auschwitz! No reasonable thinking person could object to our getting involved in this war they argued.

In fact the international Court of law declared in 2007, that the war was an International war because NATO troops were involved, and many historians have labeled this conflict as a war of agrgression.

She also didn't tell her listeners that because of our involvement in helping to defeat or drive out the Serbian population who were mostly Catholic . The vacuum allowed the Muslim Islamists to now use the Balkans as a recruiting ground and staging area for Islamic terrorists.

Four of the six Muslims who were captured and charged with plotting to blow-up the Naval Base in Jacksonville were ethnic Albanians from Kosovo.

The multiculturalism supporters like the Clinton's and the liberal media saw the war in Bosnia as an excuse to promote multi-ethnicism and for long term expansion of American liberal democratic ideals.

But the Muslim leaders like Ayman al Zuwahiri, used the war to develop and gain a European "bridgehead" for Islamists.

If "miscreants" like Hillary win the Oval Office prize you can expect the Islamist will wage the genocide that the Clinton's claimed they were preventing in Bosnia in Iraq. And they will have two countries to use as staging areas for the mass slaughter of our troops in Afghanistan and us here at home. God fordid this from happening, but the Americans were sheepish enough to elect Hillary's husband twice.

We Are Fighting a Religious Holy War Even If We are No Longer A Religious Country

World War II was fought for an identifiable cause. To defeat the tyranny of the Japanese Empire and the Nazi regime that Hitler began.

Korea and Vietnam were fought to stop the spread of Communism in the Far East, and when we fought these wars the Country's attitude toward war had been radically changed by the liberal press and the University intelligencia.

During these wars the public became more aware of the results of waging war, such as collateral damage and the number of Americans killed in battle. Of course death is a consequence of fighting a war, but the Country must have the will to accept casualties on both sides if they expect our forces to win the war.Political Correctness and "rules of engagement" won't win the war!

One axiom, however, can be applied equally to all our past wars up until recently; war means fighting and fighting means killing. Or, as Civil War General William Tecumseh Sherman once unapologetic said, "If the people raise a great howl against my barbarity and cruelty, I will answer that war is war, and not popularity seeking."

Americans, like other warriors of days past, rarely felt squeamish about killing the enemy, even when they were other Americans -- whether they be "native" or Southern. For the most part, our ancestors knew that war was a hard business and fought it that way. Theirs was a war of the head. A war where one and all accepted the dreaded but necessary fact that people would die, even if some of those people never raised a hand in anger. Thus we developed the phrase: "collateral damage".

If Eisenhower had worried about people dying he would never have invaded Europe, and never would have ordered the "fire bombing" of Dresden, Hamburg and Berlin. His orders and objective was to win the war!

The loss of life when American Marines took Iwo Jima was over 7,000 Marines and 20,000 Japanese. The planners of this 37 day battle knew there was going to be a huge loss of life, but to spare the hundreds of thousands of soldiers and Marines who would have been killed in an invasion of Japan made it worth while.

Today we have a "hangover" of the attitude developed by the liberal press and peacenicks that wining is not the important objective. Saving lives is always important, but it should not dictate how our troops fight, and whether we win or put out tail between our legs and withdraw.

This Country has found a way to move away from the religious purpose of our Founding Fathers, and has reduced almost all vestiges of religion from public life. Despite this we are in a religious war whether we recognize it or not.

The Islamic radicals that are daily waging war against us "infidels" are doing so for the sole purpose of destroying "The Great Satan" and establishing a worldwide "caliphate" where Sharia law rules.

For those who refuse to believe this is a religious war I say to them if not then why are the leaders, like Osama bin Laden, calling upon the religious fervor of all the suicide bombers?

Unless Americans wake up and accept the fact that we are in a struggle to the death with religious fanatics we will certainly lose this war as we did Vietnam. Do we make war to win?
C.S. Lewis made an appropriate statement that I will quote with thanks to "The New Media Journal".

"In the [Leftist] society the number of pacifists will either be large enough to cripple the state as a belligerent, or not,” Lewis warned, “If it is large enough, then you have handed over the state which does tolerate pacifists to its totalitarian neighbor who does not. Pacifism of this kind is taking the straight road to a world in which there will be no pacifists."

Lest We Forget Our Heritage

Many years ago a Frenchman named deTocqueville had this to say about America after his visit: "America is great because She is good, and if America ever ceases to be good America will cease to be great."

Our founding fathers created a Constitution which they believed would protect Americans from the tyranny that had been experienced by the colonists who fled England and that which followed them here.

In their minds they wanted a Country based upon religious beliefs, but not based upon a religion designated as the one and only religion for the Country.

In the later years of the 20th century and continuing into the 21st century this country has seen an unrelenting attack on the basic principles that the founders believed in. One Nation Under God!

The Supreme Court and the liberal advocates of atheism and agnostics have gradually removed any trace of religion in our daily public life based upon a fallacious interpretation of the Constitutional clause: separation of church and state.

The only reason for that phrase being in our Constitution was to forbid the forming of a national religion as was done by Henry the VIII to allow him to divorce his Catholic wife. The framers of our Republic would be appalled if they were aware of the striking out off all religious references in this Country except the words "In God We Trust" on our money, and I expect it won't be long until that is removed.

It is for this reason that I include the following quotes from historical people about our Great Country.

Carl Sandburg - “If [America] forgets where she came from, if the people lose sight of what brought them along, if she listens to the deniers and mockers, then will begin the rot and dissolution.”

Gaius Sallustius Crispus Sallust - “It is the nature of ambition to make men liars and cheats, to hide the truth in their breasts, and show, like jugglers, another thing in their mouths, to cut all friendships and enmities to the measure of their own interest, and to make a good countenance without the help of good will.”

And it is important to remember the quotes of a great president when we think we are are on the right track to continued greatness. Or are We?

Theodore Roosevelt - “There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism.... The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities.”
Theodore Roosevelt - “There can be no fifty-fifty Americanism in this country. There is room here for only 100 per cent. Americanism, only for those who are Americans and nothing else.”

When you go to the pols think about what the person you intend to vote for believes in, and is this person going to further our greatness or help to tear it down with leftist ideology.

We Are Close to the Dilema Of 1776

The Father of our Country,as he is often referred, George Washington, was appointed Commander in Chief of the 1st Continental Congress Army. Even though he was not a very proficient tactician. He lost more battles than he won during the Revolutionary War. He was a leader who could hold his troops together and had the ability to recognize British mistakes and had the capacity to capitalize on them

The British helped Washingtons cause because they relied on naval power that resulted in many victories over Colonial port Cities. Their failure was in having no plan to win the "guerrilla" type war waged by the Colonists in the inland battles. They essentially had no clear plan to win the war!

Having general Von Steuben of Prussia join Washington to help with with discipline and training of the militiamen helped Washington, as did the entry of the Spanish and French Navy. The British surrendered at Yorktown in 1781 and the Treaty of Paris in 1783 recognized the U.S. independence.

We are in a similar position in our battle for victory over the irrational messianic ideology of the Muslim terrorist worldwide quest to "wipe" Israel and America off the face of the Earth.

Al Qaeda was essentially founded by Osama Bin Lauden, a Sunni Jihadist, who like the rest of the radical Muslims believe that our President and his allies are "The Great Satan" and must be defeated because we are sowing terror and aggression worldwide.

Of course any thinking American, unless he works for Arthur Sulzbergers New York Times, knows that Diplomacy has failed to stop the Terrorists from carrying out their bloody quest to eradicate all infidels who stand in their way of World domination.

Neville Chamberlain and Woodrow Wilson tried the same approach with the great evil in Germany back in 1938, and we all know what Hitler and his regime did!

The UN, European Union, The American State Department and many other leaders of the "free World" have tried to "talk" Iran's leadership into halting their development of nuclear weapons. Weapons we have had since 1945 and have never used despite the possibility that Korea and Vietnam could have ended quickly without the terrible loss of lives of our brave servicemen.

Despite all the rhetoric and the denials by the State Department and the New York Times. The Iranians are very close to having nuclear weapons, and when they do, the zealot haters will not be hesitant to use them on Israel and here in the United States.

Will we be like the British during the Revolutionary War? Are we going to continue to use repeated failed diplomacy, and "can't we all just get along" logic as written in the New York Times in articles advocating us to co-exist with an Iranian nuclear capability, right up until catastrophe hits us in the face?
